    A simple app to create personalized allergy alerts in multiple languages to communicate your dietary restrictions easily and safely when traveling or dining out.

    The user can select from a number of predetermined allergens, or add their own (prestranslated) and the app generates a clear, visually intuitive alert card with a 'no entry' overlay, which can be easily shared as an image. The project is built with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui, this project demonstrates modern frontend development, internationalization, and effective client-side data management for critical dietary communication.

  • A real-time multiplayer web and mobile application, 'CaipiQuest Bingo!' offers an interactive social bingo experience where users select fruits to create unique bingo grids. Players mark cells as they enjoy fruit-based drinks, competing to achieve lines, diagonals, or a full grid bingo, with real-time updates and celebratory animations.

    The project leverages React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for a dynamic frontend, with Supabase providing robust real-time database capabilities, authentication, and serverless functions, demonstrating proficiency in modern web development, real-time data synchronization, and mobile deployment with Capacitor."

  • A web application to provide crowd-sourced and AI ratings for sports events, helping users decide without spoilers, whether to watch a full replay, highlights or just check the results. Users can rate an event, check the AI spoiler free review, and access highlight videos and results directly from the event pages.

    The project built on python builds on skills learned in the past year, using extensive use of django framework, databases, APIs, scraping and other tools to build a fully functioning web app.

  • A Flask-based web app to track scores for the dice game 5000 (or Farkle). This app provides an interactive score pad for players, automating the process of calculating totals, handling penalties for faults and zeros, and displaying a live scoreboard.

    The app was built in 1 day, transitioning from a plain Python implementation to a basic Flask app with minimum Bootstrap-styled HTML.

  • A web-based application version of a trivia card game that was made as a final project for the CS50X course.

    This project takes an existing trivia card game, Shot in the Dark, and puts the entire experience into a web app, and enhances it by being able to select the number of players and the number of points needed to declare a winner. You then play by giving your best guesses to answer the questions. First player to get the the winning number of points is the winner.

  • A simple exploration game developed in Unreal Engine 5.0 Beta for a friend's birthday.

    This was a personal project to learn how to use Unreal Engine and in doing so develop a simple search and explore game using Blueprints visual scripting. The game employs hit boxes to prompt the user with messages when they interact with certain areas of the game area, and keeps count of how many 'secrets' they have found, prompting with a final message when all 20 have been discovered.

  • A personal project using Python and Selenium to add lists of mp3 album titles to Spotify.

    It was written in order to overcome the fact that there is no way of importing album lists into Spotify. This was a 2 stage project, the first stage was to use Python to read the album titles from a directory of mp3 albums into a text file. The second stage was to use Python and Selenium to automate going through the album list and automate the browser to search for, and select the albums and and then to my Liked Albums.

    An animation commisioned by Fitch design agency (now Landor) on behalf of McLaren Automotive to showcase the launch of McLaren Automotive and their new supercar, the MP4-12C, alongside their flagship showroom concepts. The animation and all associatated project imagery was produced solely by myself.
